I've made myself famous at this point for saying it's okay to not be okay. Which is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. It's okay to be sad. Grieving. Struggling. Angry. Frustrated. Letting those feelings out helps me move past them.
But boy howdy, the moments when you say "no problem" aloud and a weight is inexplicably lifted from your shoulders... those are nice moments.
