As someone who's interested in hard questions, discomfort, and growth, it never sits well with me when Christmas is condensed into two joyful days. What about the void that Jesus came to fill? And what about that trek those wise guys took for twelve days after He showed up? The work isn't over because of Christmas. The work has perpetually just begun.
That's the message behind my song "Looking for Light" (and this sweatshirt). The star gives us hope, something to follow. And we have to keep following.
This design is based on the art for my 2018 single "Looking for Light" (featuring the Star of Bethlehem in Bethlehem, PA), and the text reads "we are crying, pleading, still proceeding" (the last line of the song). Original single art photography by LTV Photography.
